- •MSc/BSc in Life Sciences or apprenticeship for research associate with ≥3 years of experience
- •Extensive experience in cell culture and in vitro molecular assays
- •Authorization to conduct animal experimentation and experience working with rodents
- •Technical and theoretical expertise in immunology/hematopoiesis

Deine Aufgaben
- •Work with cell lines, primary cells, and patient-derived tissues
- •Evaluate efficacy and safety of novel therapeutic targets through genetic manipulation assays
- •Conduct ex vivo differentiation cultures and various molecular assays
- •Utilize multi-color flow cytometry, qPCR, and western blotting
- •Support projects using transgenic mouse models for compound dosing and tissue processing
- •Collaboratively design, execute, and interpret data from studies
- •Contribute to assay optimization and data analysis
- •Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings to the research team
- •Share duties and maintain a clean work environment
- •Foster a positive work atmosphere within the group
