Anforderungen
- •Completed study in biology, biochemistry, or related subject
- •Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in running cell based and/or immunological assays
- •Proven track record in GMP-regulated environment
- •High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and flexibility
- •Independent and efficient way of working
- •Team player and leader
- •High degree of analytical thinking and good organizational skills
- •Very good user IT skills (MS Office, LIMS databases)
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good skills in German

- •Manage bioassay projects for biologics
- •Develop and validate bioassays for testing
- •Oversee method development and optimization
- •Qualify and validate methods with reporting
- •Communicate with clients as the primary contact
- •Ensure scientific and technical quality under GMP
- •Plan and organize project schedules
- •Review and approve data and reports per GMP
- •Monitor compliance with GMP regulations
- •Utilize electronic tools like eQMS and LIMS
- •Operate and support analytical devices
- •Assist in organizing practical laboratory work
