Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Sciences
- •Ability to read and analyze complex data in English and German
- •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- •General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- •Knowledge of ERP/MRP/CRM software
- •Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
- •Physical location within Mainland Europe
- •Multi-lingual skills outside of English and German a plus
- •Timely and effective communication with stakeholders
- •Ability to access or obtain Visa to US
- •Ability to travel approximately 75%
- •Five to seven years managing indirect channel partners
- •Five to seven years managing direct sales teams remotely
- •Track record of success in evaluating and recruiting sales channels

- •Direct and manage product development in the EMEIA region
- •Achieve orders and sales targets in the region
- •Lead strategic account relationships and manage the portfolio
- •Drive revenue growth and develop new customer partnerships
- •Close orders and ensure timely submission of accurate forecasts
- •Deliver on quarterly bookings targets to support annual objectives
- •Provide timely sales forecasts with +/- 10% accuracy
- •Manage pricing to meet product profit margins
- •Control overheads within budget
- •Recruit and manage a high-performing team for profitable growth
- •Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- •Assist in developing business cases for direct sales in viable markets
- •Evaluate channel partners for appropriate regional coverage
- •Monitor contract compliance and manage non-conformance processes
- •Measure new opportunities through the sales funnel process
- •Lead negotiations and close new and renewal business
- •Schedule and coordinate quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- •Assist in preparing and delivering business and technical presentations
- •Promote product positioning and value propositions with customers
- •Drive a culture of teamwork and cross-selling across teams
- •Manage customer relationships through effective communication
- •Coordinate workshops and site visits targeting new customers
- •Analyze market trends and customer requirements for growth opportunities
- •Provide Voice of Customer support for product development
- •Collaborate with channels to develop strategies for sales targets
- •Perform weekly and monthly sales funnel reviews
- •Provide input on potential acquisition targets to expand the product portfolio
