Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment
- •Previous work experience in an academic institution
- •Recruitment and admissions experience is a plus
- •Strong administrative skills and detail oriented
- •Fluent in English (written and verbal skills)
- •Strong customer service skills
- •Excellent oral and written communications skills
- •Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work successfully in a fast paced multicultural environment
- •Ability to work both independently and effectively with others in a team environment
- •Availability to travel for business trips in Switzerland and/or overseas
- •A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25EFTA citizenship is required for this position

- •Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and virtual platforms
- •Travel to select regions for recruitment activities
- •Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies
- •Identify new recruitment opportunities
- •Build and maintain relationships with alumni networks to expand candidate pipelines
- •Represent IMD at global education fairs, webinars, and networking events
- •Host virtual and in-person information sessions and campus visits
- •Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students
- •Develop personalized communication plans to nurture leads
- •Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- •Monitor conversion metrics to optimize performance
- •Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment goals
- •Support recruitment and admissions tasks as needed
