Anforderungen
- •Master's Degree in Human Resources or related area
- •Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in client support HR role
- •Sound knowledge of union/employee relations and local labor laws
- •Extensive experience in HR process optimization and digitalization
- •Developed communication and diplomacy skills
- •Hands-on self-starter with prioritization skills

- •Partner with the Regional Managing Director and Leadership Team
- •Drive a high-impact people, organization, and culture agenda
- •Lead the HR team for an acquired site in Germany
- •Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
- •Deliver HR excellence and process improvements
- •Collaborate with the Solid Board Leadership team for cohesive decision-making
- •Develop and execute key HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- •Lead local HR People Partners and Payroll/Admin Team
- •Provide coaching and development opportunities for the HR team
- •Guide managers and employees on employee advocacy and engagement
- •Manage employee relations and performance management
- •Support career development and talent assessment
- •Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions and guidance
- •Escalate concerns to HR Business Partners as needed
- •Advance standardization and digitization of HR processes
- •Collaborate with HR Business Partners and CoE professionals
- •Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance
- •Lead key HR processes like performance and talent management
- •Align on and execute HR projects across multiple client groups
- •Guide union and works council relations
- •Ensure fair handling of HR matters in compliance with regulations
- •Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
