Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical launch planning, commercial operations, or project management
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches
  • Strong understanding of European healthcare systems and commercial excellence
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Proven solid experience of global pre-launch and launch activities in rare diseases and Haemophilia
  • Project Management skills and result-driven attitude
  • Strong brand management experience in global roles and/or leadership roles in marketing/commercial departments
  • Knowledge of local operations and implementation of multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience
  • Additional commercial experiences including sales, market analytics and business intelligence
  • University degree level education – medical/science based
  • Experience in Life Cycle Management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate external consultants and agencies
  • Demonstrable customer relationship management experience
  • Additional European language skill is desired

  • Lead regional launch execution aligned with global strategy
  • Develop and maintain integrated launch playbooks and frameworks
  • Standardize launch readiness approaches across brands
  • Engage early with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Establish and manage launch readiness and milestones
  • Create risk mitigation plans
  • Oversee PMO activities for timely execution
  • Track KPIs and SLAs to monitor launch performance
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable commercial plans
  • Collaborate with business unit directors and functional heads
  • Partner with brand teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
  • Co-create region-wide operational plans with specific KPIs
  • Facilitate collaboration between global and regional teams
  • Ensure smooth transition from global strategy to local execution
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through structured governance
  • Embed launch and commercial excellence principles in teams
  • Identify and implement best practices from previous launches
  • Mentor and coach teams on launch readiness and execution
