•Act as the first point of contact for local HR matters
•Provide leadership and expertise for HR client support

•Coach leaders in developing strong leadership skills
•Support key talent in succession planning and career development
•Lead talent development strategies and identify critical roles

•Functionally lead a team of local HR People Partners
•Manage labor and social partner relations in Germany
•Oversee country-level HR governance to ensure alignment
•Ensure compliance with global and regional HR programs
•Foster collaboration among HR professionals in Germany
•Partner with HR Centers of Excellence for aligned HR agendas
