Anforderungen
- •Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- •6+ years of experience in category management, preferably on service contracts, strategic sourcing, or procurement in the chemical industry or related sector
- •Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies in a transversal organization
- •Strong understanding of procurement principles, best practices, and market dynamics
- •Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills
- •Analytical skills and technical knowledge of production facilities
- •ERP knowledge
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Develop and implement regional category strategies
- •Conduct in-depth market analysis and identify qualified service providers
- •Act as a trusted advisor on category-related matters
- •Lead the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiation processes for complex service contracts
- •Negotiate and manage master service agreements (MSAs) and statements of work (SOWs)
- •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions and regions
- •Ensure compliance with regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
- •Foster growth in the use of e-tools
- •Analyze supplier spend and savings trends
- •Investigate trend variances and propose cost savings initiatives
