- •At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international procurement
- •Proven experience with technical sourcing related to production equipment and CAPEX-related investments
- •Strong negotiation skills in high-volume procurement scenarios
- •Sound knowledge of contract and supplier management
- •Proficient in SAP ERP systems with hands-on experience
- •Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Proactive, structured, and independent working style with a solution-oriented mindset
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •International experience in procurement or project environments

- •Process procurement transactions for materials and technical services
- •Manage purchase orders in SAP ERP, monitoring order status and delivery deadlines
- •Purchase technical components and services for existing and new facilities
- •Collaborate with technical departments and project teams to clarify specifications
- •Evaluate supplier proposals from technical, commercial, and logistical perspectives
- •Support capital investment projects in coordination with internal teams
- •Prepare, negotiate, and administer procurement contracts for CAPEX activities
- •Document procurement-related project activities in compliance with standards
- •Conduct competitive bidding and supplier negotiations for high-volume needs
- •Negotiate and manage framework agreements and service contracts
- •Develop and qualify suppliers, managing long-term relationships
- •Create purchasing reports and supplier performance metrics for management
- •Support budget planning with accurate purchasing insights
- •Maintain procurement-related master data in the SAP system
- •Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of procurement processes
- •Participate in cross-departmental initiatives for process automation and ERP integration
- •Leverage market knowledge to enhance procurement best practices
