R&D Internship in Product Evaluation and Qualification(m/w/x)

As an R&D intern, you will design and implement test systems for semiconductor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with experienced engineers. Your work will directly contribute to the development of next-generation semiconductor chips and power modules.

Anforderungen

• •Pursuing Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductors, Computer Engineering, or related field
• •Knowledge of digital and analog circuit design and programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
• •Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
• •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and independently
• •Business fluency in written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
• •Self-starter with willingness to learn new concepts and technologies related to semiconductor testing and reliability measurement
