Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering
- •Proven hands-on experience in laboratory or R&D test environment
- •Strong capability in building and debugging hardware prototypes
- •Experience with laboratory management and commitment to health and safety
- •Results-oriented and proactive mindset
- •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- •Proficiency in German is advantageous

Deine Aufgaben
- •Execute project testing activities for the PV team
- •Manage daily laboratory operations
- •Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- •Procure necessary supplies for the lab
- •Ensure a safe working environment
- •Drive construction and commissioning of Proof-of-Concept systems
- •Maintain Proof-of-Concept systems to validate new technologies
- •Provide hardware development support for power electronics systems
- •Prototype, debug, and validate testing processes
- •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for test protocols
- •Collaborate with hardware engineers and researchers
- •Analyze test data and identify trends
- •Compile comprehensive reports to guide engineering decisions
