Anforderungen
- •PhD or Master's degree in power electronics, electrical and electronic engineering, or similar engineering discipline
- •Several years of proven experience in Medium Voltage, high power electronics, and product design or prototype development in an industrial context
- •Deep expertise in MV power electronic converter topologies, modulation, control, and algorithm development
- •Good working knowledge of MV standards and practical insulation coordination experience
- •Proven experience with new technology development initiatives, innovation, and technical leadership
- •High level of self-reliance and autonomous target-oriented work style, eagerness to learn, and readiness to think outside the box
- •Occasional travel related to ongoing projects, seminars, conferences, etc.
- •Fluency in written and spoken English, willingness to learn German or additional languages

Deine Aufgaben
- •Formulate requirements for R&D activities in Medium Voltage Power Conversion Systems
- •Lead and execute research and development of next-generation MV architectures and converter structures for high power Solar PV, BESS, Data Center, and EV charging applications
- •Design, verify, and validate MV converter concepts in the R&D laboratories
- •Collaborate with external R&D institutes and universities to develop novel converter and control algorithms for MV power electronic applications
- •Generate novel ideas and protect them with IPR filings
- •Lead and mentor cross-discipline R&D engineers
