  • •Assign tasks and monitor performance
  • •Ensure adherence to airport safety protocols
  • •Identify and mitigate operational risks
  • •Enforce safe working practices
  • •Liaise with the iOCC and monitor flight schedules
  • •Anticipate operational needs and troubleshoot issues
  • •Ensure on-time departures
  • •Conduct pre-flight meetings with flight crew
  • •Prepare and equip aircraft for arrival
  • •Provide logistical support and operational assistance
  • •Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • •Manage inventory of stock items
  • •Perform interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft
  • •Restock aircraft supplies and disinfect as per policy
  • •Ensure ground service equipment is compliant and available
  • •Equip new aircraft entering the fleet
