Deine Aufgaben
- •Create customer quotations for initial work scope and rectification actions
- •Review, create, and update maintenance Work Orders in AMOS software
- •Analyze and plan aircraft projects considering workload and staff availability
- •Communicate with customers, MCC, and CAMO about work packages and scheduling
- •Support Production teams to ensure efficient project performance
- •Organize and monitor subcontractors, validating their invoices
- •Ensure internal documentation complies with procedures and regulations
- •Compile Work Reports and CRS documentation at project completion
- •Create customer invoices and program claims, reviewing as necessary
- •Develop work templates for maintenance projects to optimize resources
- •Collect feedback to implement best practices and improve processes
- •Act as Jetfly's interface to customers, ensuring excellent support
- •Propose continuous improvement initiatives for evaluation and implementation
