Anforderungen
- •Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field
- •3+ years of experience in quantitative risk modelling, valuation, or pricing
- •Strong Python skills and experience with scientific stack
- •Solid understanding of stochastic processes and Monte Carlo simulation
- •Practical exposure to data-driven / ML techniques
- •Experience working with databases and cloud / data platforms
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Self-starter with hands-on mindset
- •Willingness to work collaboratively
- •Very good communication skills in English

- •Collaborate with a diverse, international team
- •Shape the quantitative risk management function for a growing trading portfolio
- •Take ownership of models from research to production implementation
- •Develop and enhance quantitative risk and pricing models
- •Design and run Monte Carlo and scenario simulations
- •Implement models and analytics in Python within a cloud-native stack
- •Utilize data-driven and ML-inspired approaches for risk management
- •Collaborate with Trading, Market and Credit Risk, Finance, and Tech teams
- •Translate complex quantitative concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- •Mentor juniors, working students, and interns in quantitative skills
