Anforderungen

  • Proactivity and self-drive
  • 5–10 years of enterprise software or technology sales experience
  • Ability to hunt, build, and close new logos
  • Deep understanding of public sector structures, procurement models, and compliance requirements
  • Proven expertise in Service Management, citizen and customer service, workflow automation, and AI-enabled transformation solutions
  • Experience collaborating with strategic partners (GSIs, advisory firms, or integrators)
  • High level of self-drive, ownership, and initiative
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong AI fluency
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Lead ServiceNow’s expansion into government institutions, utilities, and healthcare organizations in Austria
  • Establish new strategic relationships and drive awareness of ServiceNow
  • Position ServiceNow as the top strategic platform for public services
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to shape the modernization agenda
  • Collaborate with global and local partners to co-develop strategic initiatives
  • Drive new business acquisition with government institutions and healthcare organizations
  • Build a strategic hunting plan for targeted outreach and brand visibility
  • Maintain 5–10 high-quality external touchpoints per week
  • Position ServiceNow’s solutions for modern and efficient public service delivery
  • Leverage demographic trends to promote AI and digital workforce automation
  • Collaborate with partners to develop strategic initiatives and industry campaigns
  • Develop clear business cases for AI and automation in service delivery
  • Ensure accurate qualification and management of opportunities through CRM
  • Coordinate partner involvement in contracting and solution design
  • Expand ServiceNow’s network through participation in events and forums
