Anforderungen

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex business software and IT solutions sales
  • Proven track record of success in Business Application software sales
  • Prior knowledge of the Austrian public sector/healthcare sector
  • Experience leading teams in a collaborative selling environment
  • Ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Create comprehensive business plans addressing customer priorities
  • Build a customer-centric strategy and manage commercial relationships
  • Lead sales efforts aligned with customer strategy and product roadmap
  • Facilitate customer transitions to the cloud for long-term success
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and partners to generate leads
  • Leverage SAP cloud offerings to maximize sales opportunities
  • Advance and close sales opportunities by executing sales strategies
  • Focus on selling the value of SAP Business Suite
  • Execute up-sell and cross-sell initiatives within the customer base
  • Coordinate deployment of teams for successful sales outcomes
  • Utilize best practice sales models against competitors
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM
  • Demonstrate leadership in coordinating remote teams
  • Align account teams and partners with account strategies
