- •Proven experience in PMO, Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting or senior Executive Assistant roles supporting C-level leadership
- •Educational background (Master's degree) in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering; MBA is a plus
- •Strong program management skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- •Exceptional stakeholder management skills – comfortable operating at board level
- •Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; proactive and able to prioritize effectively
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus
- •Resilience, hands-on, solution-oriented, and highly reliable
- •Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools
