Anforderungen

  • •Completed education at HBO or WO level or equivalent
  • •Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
  • •Willingness to travel
  • •2-5 years of Project Management experience
  • •In-depth understanding of industry software solutions and best practices
  • •Project Manager certificate or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate or PMI Certificate or SCRUM Master
  • •Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors
  • •Ability to manage various stakeholders effectively
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Team collaboration skills

  • •Coordinate the implementation of the Thinkproject business solution
  • •Manage timelines and risks throughout the project
  • •Track revenues and costs associated with the project
  • •Prioritize tasks and ensure effective coordination
  • •Lead projects from initiation to successful closure
  • •Track project progress and control scope and deliverables
  • •Manage project documentation, including plans and forecasts
  • •Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
  • •Define project scope and establish measurable goals
  • •Adhere to Program Governance for larger projects
  • •Report to the Project Director or Project Sponsor
  • •Provide regular updates to internal teams and external clients
  • •Address progress, issues, and potential risks
  • •Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders
  • •Act as a strategic partner to the executive team
  • •Monitor project milestones for on-time delivery
  • •Ensure high standards of quality across all project phases
