Anforderungen

  • MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical/Process engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the P&P industry, power boiler technology, maintenance, or manufacturing industry
  • Native German, Fluent English, other languages as advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish)
  • Customer orientation
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage SYNERGY agreements for inspection and shut-down planning
  • Develop the SYNERGY Concept
  • Oversee internal operations in the region
  • Lead and manage the project team
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, shipping, billing, sales, controlling, field service, and quality teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
  • Analyze and manage project risks
  • Estimate costs and follow up on the budget
  • Track and report overall project progress and status
  • Manage project documentation
  • Participate in assigned development projects and sales activities
  • Arrange and host internal and client meetings for project-related events
  • Create and update the project action plan and documentation
  • Gather and analyze product feedback, implementing corrective measures
  • Generate spare parts RFQs and forward them to the Spare Parts Team
  • Participate in shut down for revisions and inspections as required
  • Handle procurement invoices
  • Create project schedules
  • Authorize billing and track billing dates
  • Monitor project budget
  • Update project status regularly
  • Create NCR notifications
