Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or comparable commercial field
- •At least 5 years of professional experience
- •Minimum of 2 years in a senior commercial role on large-scale EPC or complex plant construction projects
- •Strong knowledge in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control methodologies
- •Practical understanding of contract terms, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations
- •Experience in subcontractor coordination and internal/external reporting
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Fluent English; proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP, reporting tools
- •Multicultural teamwork experience; ability to work under pressure in complex project environments
- •Willingness to travel internationally

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage a single-line project from contract effectiveness to warranty completion
- •Serve as the main contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual matters
- •Ensure project targets for safety, budget, schedule, and quality are met
- •Collaborate with the Project Manager on customer communication
- •Oversee contract variations, claims, and cost controlling
- •Forecast and report in line with FIDIC / EPC change and claims mechanisms
- •Coordinate invoicing and cash flow management
- •Manage subcontractor relationships and insurance handling
- •Address export and tax topics with supporting departments
- •Conduct regular risk reviews and implement mitigation measures
