Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- •PMP certification and/or MBA (advantageous)
- •3+ years of experience managing complex, technical projects
- •Experience in medical device or similar regulated industries
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- •Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- •Familiarity with Lean Tools

- •Identify problems to solve and create project plans
- •Lead end-to-end project execution while adhering to scope, processes, schedule, and budget
- •Guide the project team through development phases using Novanta’s Growth System
- •Align and coordinate shared resources within a global organization
- •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through Obeya meetings and milestone reviews
- •Support project teams in managing risk mitigation strategies
- •Drive project financial tracking through cost forecasting and variance analysis
- •Support continuous improvement initiatives using NGS tools
- •Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and team members
- •Implement Advanced Surgery strategy
- •Coordinate with other project managers on processes and cross-functional tasks
- •Participate actively in innovation and continuous improvement processes
- •Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
