Anforderungen
- •Technical education - Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or comparable
- •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management
- •Experience in the medical device field or highly regulated industry
- •Proven track record of completed projects with a minimum of 300.000€ project budget
- •Experience with classical and agile project management
- •Experience in managing small or medium-sized projects
- •Experience with common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Azure or similar)
- •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint desirable
- •English GER-C1*
- •Good communication skills in German and English
- •Positive attitude and intercultural sensitivity

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage large-scale product development projects
- •Create and monitor project plans, including milestone plans and costs
- •Report project status updates and phase transitions to executive management
- •Identify and mitigate project risks
- •Guide the project team through development phases
- •Align shared resources within R&D
- •Coordinate with departments: Purchasing, Service, Production, QM, Manufacturing Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and customers
- •Initiate procurement of materials for samples and prototypes
- •Coordinate and maintain technical product documentation until launch
- •Ensure timely delivery of mandatory documents for each project phase
- •Fulfill customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
- •Escalate critical project parameters to the program manager and superiors
- •Ensure effective internal and external communication
- •Align customer communication strategy internally
- •Implement departmental and product group strategy
- •Coordinate with other project managers on processes and cross-sectional tasks
- •Participate actively in the innovation process and continuous improvement
- •Adhere to quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
