Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT
- •Several years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) / Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) process ownership or transformation, ideally in SAP-based environments
- •Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP AP / FI and SAP MM integration
- •Solid experience with E-Invoicing, automation tools, and ERP-integrated AP solutions
- •Proven track record in project management, ideally in comparable transformation or ERP implementation projects
- •Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across functions and countries
- •Strong analytical, structured and implementation-driven mindset
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all hierarchy levels
- •Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the global Accounts Payable transformation project from design to stabilization
- •Drive the implementation of a modern AP solution within the Service Network
- •Focus on automation, compliance, and global process harmonization
- •Act as the process authority for AP within the P2P framework
- •Ensure alignment with Procurement, Finance, and IT
- •Translate business requirements into scalable AP process and system solutions
- •Prepare and execute the transition of the AP process into SAP S/4HANA
- •Manage data migration, testing, cutover, and user enablement
- •Ensure consistent process documentation and training materials
- •Facilitate global adoption of the AP process
- •Manage scope, dependencies, milestones, and senior stakeholder communication
- •Take responsibility for further SAP S/4HANA Phoenix projects after AP stabilization
