Anforderungen
- •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Automation, Production Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- •More than 3 years of project management experience leading complex CAPEX projects
- •Hands-on experience in machinery or metal manufacturing industry with advanced technologies implementation
- •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic, results-driven approach
- •Strong financial literacy to evaluate data and build business cases
- •Analytical thinker with excellent conceptual skills and proactive, solution-oriented working style
- •Team player with high motivation, curiosity, and drive to learn and improve
- •Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
