Anforderungen
- •MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- •Substantial work experience (3+ years) in pharmaceutical industry
- •Experience under cGMP regulations
- •Background in biotechnology, regulatory filings, and matrix organizations
- •Robust leadership abilities
- •Sound problem solving skills
- •Effective communication and diplomacy skills
- •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- •Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- •Fluency in written and spoken English and German

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and manage microbial cell banking projects
- •Ensure on-time delivery of cell bank manufacturing
- •Oversee cell bank characterization and strain identity
- •Manage incoming control testing for customer cell banks
- •Generate GMP documents and technical reports
- •Handle TrackWise records and quality documentation
- •Represent cell banking in internal and customer meetings
- •Manage the iLAB-based cell bank database inventory
- •Drive continuous innovation in microbial cell banking processes
- •Maintain cGMP quality standards and SOP compliance
- •Follow health authority guidelines from EMEA, ICH, and FDA
- •Network with partner units to ensure project success
- •Represent the department during customer and regulatory audits
- •Support team recruitment, training, and member assignment
