- •Plan and execute mammalian cell culture campaigns
- •Document manufacturing and purification processes
- •Lead multi-disciplinary teams as a functional manufacturing lead
- •Perform safety and environmental risk analyses
- •Implement and control defined safety measures
- •Establish high-quality production documentation for assigned areas
- •Apply state-of-the-art regulatory requirements to products
- •Execute manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines
- •Evaluate test results and resolve production issues
- •Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for manufacturing equipment
- •Provide expert input for capital investment projects
- •Oversee commissioning and qualification of manufacturing suites
- •Implement relevant GMP documents for your area
- •Train biotechnologists on specific product manufacturing
- •Represent the manufacturing unit during customer audits
- •Execute innovation and plant improvement projects
- •Standardize technical and manufacturing processes
