- •Engineering degree, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience
- •Experience in project negotiation and coordination
- •Experience in rotating equipment, mechanical seals, or capital project experience in the New Energy industry
- •Proven track record in conducting international business

- •Acquire strategic IP projects with EPCs and OEMs
- •Identify market trends and key decision makers
- •Define the sales approach for EagleBurgmann
- •Present EagleBurgmann to licensors and technology providers
- •Understand processes and technologies to develop sealing solutions
- •Influence early-stage projects in the sales funnel
- •Drive and deliver project-related activities with the local team
- •Develop and execute sales and technical presentations
- •Identify and attend industry conferences and exhibitions
