Anforderungen

•Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or comparable field
•Confident use of a 3D CAD program
•Knowledge in turbomachinery and/or sealing technology
•Team-oriented personality with structured and self-reliant working style
•Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
•High level of motivation and willingness to learn
•Excellent communication skills and confident appearance in customer interaction

Deine Aufgaben

•Design and implement sealing solutions for turbomachinery and compressors
•Create test rigs and setups for compressor seal qualification and validation
•Develop customer-specific sealing solutions and adapt product lines to meet standards
•Serve as the technical lead contact for design-related matters with Sales, Manufacturing, and customers
•Contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable sealing solutions for future energy infrastructure
•Collaborate closely with international design teams
•Work with external partners, research institutes, and suppliers throughout the order process
