Anforderungen
- •Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or comparable field
- •Confident use of a 3D CAD program
- •Knowledge in turbomachinery and/or sealing technology
- •Team-oriented personality with structured and self-reliant working style
- •Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
- •High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- •Excellent communication skills and confident appearance in customer interaction

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and implement sealing solutions for turbomachinery and compressors
- •Create test rigs and setups for compressor seal qualification and validation
- •Develop customer-specific sealing solutions and adapt product lines to meet standards
- •Serve as the technical lead contact for design-related matters with Sales, Manufacturing, and customers
- •Contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable sealing solutions for future energy infrastructure
- •Collaborate closely with international design teams
- •Work with external partners, research institutes, and suppliers throughout the order process
