Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent training or experience in a relevant field
- •At least 5 years professional experience in certification, accreditation, quality management, forensic investigation, auditing, standard development, forest management, natural resource management, or business administration
- •Familiarity with FSC certification or other certification schemes or accreditation processes
- •Experience in auditing
- •Proven management skills in project management and financial administration
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong sense for diligence and accuracy
- •Ability to deal with crisis situations and stakeholder pressure
- •Proven leadership skills in team management
- •Effective cross collaboration skills
- •Adequate software skills for data analysis and visualization
- •Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- •Other languages, particularly Spanish and French are a plus
- •Experience of working in a multi-cultural global team
- •Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity
- •Ability to represent FSC with personal and professional authority
- •Commitment to FSC’s mission and values

Deine Aufgaben
- •Set objectives for the Supply Chain Integrity team
- •Develop workplans and budgets for the team
- •Manage functional issues related to supply chain integrity
- •Develop operational processes and requirements for team outputs
- •Provide expertise in implementing a supply chain integrity workplan
- •Oversee and approve outcomes of integrity investigations
- •Ensure compliance with FSC normative requirements and legal obligations
- •Organize and moderate internal steering committee meetings
- •Prepare materials and follow up on action points from meetings
- •Coordinate and guide team members on integrity investigations
- •Ensure quality control of deliverables and record keeping
- •Manage incoming requests to the team in a timely manner
- •Modernize internal systems for conducting integrity investigations
- •Define data requests and manage investigation outcomes
- •Recommend measures to strengthen supply chain integrity
- •Serve as the primary contact for supply chain integrity concerns
- •Oversee communication processes related to supply chain integrity
- •Initiate normative changes and provide input on technical improvements
- •Collaborate with teams across the System Integrity Unit and FSC network partners
- •Elicit and utilize intelligence on supply chain integrity matters
- •Engage with experts and present work at external forums
- •Deliver progress reports to the Board of Directors
- •Prepare items for decision as appropriate
- •Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
