Anforderungen

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • At least five years of professional experience working with journalists
  • Experience in development and management of communications strategies
  • Good time management skills
  • Solution oriented attitude to work

  • Project management experience
  • Strong sense for diligence and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to plan and organize work independently
  • Standard software packages (MS Office)

  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing crisis communications
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations
  • Ability to respond quickly and decisively to media requests and issues

  • Support proactive engagement in public debates by monitoring media narratives
  • Identify opportunities for FSC visibility
  • Assist in organizing press briefings and media engagements
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets
  • Draft and distribute press releases and media responses
  • Monitor and summarize emerging issues that could affect FSC's reputation
  • Support the development of recommended communication actions
  • Contribute to crisis communication plans and protocols
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine media inquiries
  • Prepare briefing materials, Q&As, and talking points for spokespersons
  • Maintain and update messaging and issue-specific talking points
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
