Graphic Designer - Marketing(m/w/x)

As a mid-level graphic designer, you will create compelling designs that resonate with target audiences while collaborating with the team to execute impactful marketing campaigns. Your role will involve everything from designing brand assets to refreshing marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.

Anforderungen

• •University degree or higher education qualification in graphic design, digital design, digital arts or related field
• •5-7 years’ experience in a design role
• •Ability to receive and interpret creative direction and conceptualize new designs
• •Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• •Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
• •Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a digital first focus
• •Strong creative concepting, execution, and composition skills
• •Ability to engage with content and make design recommendations based on content goals
• •Detailed and thorough attitude to work
• •Excellent time management and ability to manage deadlines
• •Excellent understanding of design fundamentals and limitations of different design formats
• •Thorough knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• •Good eye for photography
• •Ability to learn new technologies
• •Exemplary verbal skills for cohesive team efforts and decision making
• •Strong writing skills to convert ideas and feedback into succinct communications
• •Ability to engage in interactive discussions and maintain positive relationships
• •Excellent collaboration skills to explain designs and pitch creative concepts
• •Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• •Proficiency in another language a plus (esp. French/Spanish)
• •Sporadic travel might be required
