- •Master’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent qualification
- •At least eight years of experience in an industrial environment
- •Sound knowledge of R&D project leadership and medium-voltage drives applications
- •Familiarity with medium-voltage drive control platforms
- •Proficient interdisciplinary leadership skills
- •Effective stakeholder engagement across global and local teams

- •Collaborate with teams to create synergies
- •Manage projects according to the ABB R&D gate model
- •Report project progress using tools like NORRD and Planisware
- •Ensure timely project completion within targeted costs
- •Coordinate with customer pilot projects and modernization initiatives
- •Contribute to technical analysis and decision-making in modernization projects
- •Perform project peer reviews and design verifications
- •Ensure documentation complies with established processes
