Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- •Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business preferred
- •5–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product technology
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- •Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development
- •Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred
- •Experience in a multinational business environment
- •Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- •Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact
- •High level of fluency in English
