- •Lead portions of the strategic roadmap and portfolio

- •Serve as Program Manager for key initiatives
- •Establish governance structures for successful delivery
- •Manage interdependencies, risks, and resources holistically
- •Ensure rapid turnaround of strategic initiatives when needed

- •Validate business cases and track expected outcomes
- •Track and report transformation KPIs and strategic milestones to senior leadership
