Production Shift Team Lead(m/w/x)

As a Production Shift Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing your team while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coaching employees, setting priorities, and participating in improvement projects to drive efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •Past experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production
• •Completed chemical/biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification, Bachelor/Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines
• •Structured, focused, and organized way of working, assertiveness, motivation, independence, flexibility, and resilience
• •High attitude for safety, quality, solution focus, and cooperation
• •Comprehensive knowledge of fill and finish production processes and connections in a large production area with detailed knowledge of all process steps and systems
• •Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
• •Coordination of resources and workflows
• •Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage
