Anforderungen
- •Strong technical background in papermaking or related fields
- •5+ years’ experience in sales preferably in the paper and board industry
- •Strong understanding of paper and board industry
- •Willingness to travel in Germany and Switzerland
- •Awareness in contract law with hands-on experience negotiating complex project contracts
- •Good communicating and interacting skills with customers and stakeholders
- •Fluent spoken and written German and English, other languages advantageous
- •Deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen
- •Self-managed working style with ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- •Ability to create positive energy and show trust in others
- •Accountability and ownership in setting clear expectations
