Anforderungen

  • •M.Sc. (Eng.), B.Sc. (Eng.), B.B.A. or equivalent
  • •Experience in technology-based project sales or execution
  • •Excellent customer focus and service-oriented mindset
  • •Understanding of Wood panel and Mineral Wool industry, Energy industry as advantage
  • •Knowledge of flue gas treatment, wet electrostatic precipitator and industry processes
  • •Excellent communication, influencing and negotiations skills
  • •Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
  • •High level of commitment and proactive approach
  • •Fluent in English and German, both written and oral, other languages are an asset
  • •Willingness to travel mainly within EMEA

  • •Develop and manage Service Solution Sales in Europe

  • •Identify customer needs and lead the proposal team
  • •Combine Valmet technologies with value-added services
  • •Navigate Valmet's matrix organization effectively
  • •Oversee technical and commercial negotiations
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction with contractual terms
  • •Create new business opportunities proactively
  • •Build relationships and trust with customers
  • •Conduct customer care and marketing activities for flue gas treatment
