Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent in a relevant technical or commercial discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, mechanical engineering within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering specifically slicing & packaging for food applications
  • Proven track record as a proactive sales engineer, possessing strong initiative, persuasive communication skills, and high commercial acumen
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy in all sales-related activities
  • Flexibility regarding working hours in terms of different time-zones to accommodate international travel and varying customer needs
  • Fluent language skills in English and German (written and spoken); proficiency in French or Spanish is beneficial
  • Up to 50% international travel
