Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business, science, marketing, or related field
- •3+ years in business development within generic Pharmaceuticals
- •High emotional intelligence
- •Self-driven, structured, and resilient multitasker
- •Broad understanding of sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory affairs, QA/QC, manufacturing, finance, legal/IP, and retail pharmacy
- •Skilled in negotiation, product/project management, problem-solving, and financial analysis
- •Proficient in MS Office, Excel, databases, search engines, and approved AI tools
- •Detail-oriented communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- •Willingness to travel
- •Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead in-licensing projects and select new suppliers for private label OTC medicine
- •Coordinate analysis of multiple opportunities through financial and technical due diligence
- •Manage the registration of dossiers and coordinate reviews with key stakeholders
- •Determine the most appropriate registration pathway while considering costs
- •Evaluate commercial offers and prepare business cases
- •Draft commercial agreements related to in-licensing
- •Present new projects to management for approval
- •Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, design agencies, and lawyers
- •Support supply chain colleagues in securing goods and optimizing inventory
- •Monitor industry and technology trends to assess opportunities and threats
- •Maintain and develop networks for strategic collaboration and growth opportunities
