- •Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear product strategy
- •Build and maintain the product roadmap connecting business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation
- •Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem
- •Engage with users weekly to identify and analyze their problems
- •Transform insights from behavioral science and coaching psychology into actionable product hypotheses
- •Design loops, feedback, and rituals to make growth tangible
- •Balance inspiration with structured design in product development
- •Apply Lean Startup methodology to validate ideas through MVPs
- •Design experiments and measurable success metrics before building
- •Iterate weekly on new hypotheses
- •Define and track product success metrics like activation and retention rates
- •Connect product data to business KPIs to understand its impact on lifetime value
- •Track metrics to demonstrate real transformation, not just for internal dashboards
- •Assist marketing in leveraging data for authentic, evidence-based storytelling
- •Prototype new experiences powered by AI
- •Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes
- •Blend emotional engagement with precise product design
- •Create visceral experiences that inspire awe in users
- •Ensure every product touchpoint is grounded in behavioral science and cinematic beauty
