- •Define a new product category for Human Greatness powered by AI
- •Translate the founder’s vision into a clear product strategy
- •Build and maintain a roadmap aligning business goals with user outcomes
- •Ensure features support the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem
- •Engage with users weekly to identify and analyze their problems
- •Transform insights from behavioral science into actionable product hypotheses
- •Design loops and feedback mechanisms to make growth tangible
- •Apply Lean Startup methodology to validate ideas through MVPs
- •Design experiments and establish measurable success metrics
- •Iterate weekly on new hypotheses based on user feedback
- •Define and track product success metrics like activation and retention rates
- •Connect product data to business KPIs to demonstrate lifetime value
- •Support marketing with data for authentic storytelling about transformation
- •Prototype new AI-powered experiences
- •Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes
- •Create inspiring user experiences that evoke emotions
- •Ensure every product touchpoint is grounded in behavioral science and cinematic beauty
