Anforderungen
- •University degree or higher education in engineering, business engineering, or comparable field
- •8+ years of product management experience in product development or engineering projects
- •Proven experience in driving innovation and overseeing system-level integration
- •Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse product family
- •Comprehensive understanding of business economics and financials
- •Experience within the fire safety industry or related building management systems
- •Familiarity with lean/agile development methodologies, such as SAFe
- •Resilience in challenging situations and excellent communication skills
- •Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and other European languages advantageous
