Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or vehicle technology
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in drivetrain systems, engine-transmission interfaces, or powertrain components
- •Knowledge of gear systems, torque converters, clutches, and lubrication systems
- •Experience working within dynamic and change-oriented teams
- •Experience working in a global environment preferred
- •Good communication skills in writing or speaking with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
- •English language, written and spoken
- •Proficient with Microsoft Office products and SAP
- •Willingness to travel

- •Validate and qualify new products and changes
- •Collaborate with engineering teams to define DVP for technical release
- •Define test procedures and specifications for test equipment
- •Complete DVP documentation and review supplier PPAP documentation
- •Coordinate cost reduction activities
- •Ensure product compliance with specifications
- •Support customers and sales managers with technical inquiries
- •Provide technical support to aftermarket suppliers
- •Create and deliver technical training for customers
- •Act as the main contact for warranty complaints and inquiries
- •Provide technical analysis reports to customers
- •Advise internal departments on warranty decisions and actions
