Anforderungen
- •Dipl. Ing. or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or higher
- •At least 5 years of experience in development of variable turbine geometry components
- •Understanding of Gasoline exhaust pulse stimulation and its impact on materials
- •Knowledge and experience with problem solving processes and statistical methods for data analysis
- •Basic knowledge of project management and CAE development tools in automotive sector
- •Experience with standard measurement and evaluation methods for component measurement
- •Knowledge of CAD systems including statistical tolerance stack-ups
- •Strong team player with coordination and communication skills
- •Structured, analytical, entrepreneurial thinking and goal-oriented approach
- •Fluency in written and spoken English

- •Take technical ownership in a cross-functional team

- •Create and maintain technical documentation
- •Support supplier and customer projects in problem-solving
- •Plan and coordinate internal and external development activities
- •Monitor aerodynamic optimization and design integration

- •Ensure technical feasibility with global suppliers and production plants
- •Define and coordinate D-FMEA and DVP&R activities
