Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or related field
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • •Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D and other quality tools
  • •Experience with MES, defect analysis tools and data visualization platforms
  • •Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
  • •Fluency in German and English (both verbal and written)

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Develop and maintain process control plans for CMOS wafer fabrication
  • •Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and ensure statistical process control (SPC) charts
  • •Participate in risk assessments and Material Review Board (MRB) meetings
  • •Lead 8D teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • •Utilize quality tools like Change Management, 8D, SPC, FDC, FMEA, and DOE
  • •Support internal and external audits, including customer quality assessments
  • •Collaborate with process and yield engineers to identify yield detractors
  • •Maintain accurate documentation of quality procedures and process changes
  • •Prepare regular reports on process quality performance and improvement activities
  • •Interface with R&D, production, and customer quality teams for technology transfers
  • •Provide quality input during new product introduction and process qualification
