  • •Degree (Master) in engineering, natural sciences, or comparable
  • •Several years of professional experience in technical areas
  • •Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
  • •Advanced problem solving skills (8D, Six Sigma)
  • •Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style
  • •Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team or as cross-functional technical lead

  • •Control and monitor the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data
  • •Collaborate with various departments and external suppliers to solve process or equipment issues

  • •Increase process yield and improve product robustness
  • •Transfer new technologies to production in partnership with R&D and process integration
  • •Interface with maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, and quality departments
