- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- •8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business process management
- •Proven track record in launch readiness and market entry operations
- •Strong experience managing external partners and alliances
- •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders
- •Experience collaborating with logistics, supply chain, QA, and lab operations teams
- •Excellent project management and organizational skills
- •Fluency in English; German or French is a plus
