  • Consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Provide leadership and support during sales cycles
  • Advocate for customer needs within ServiceNow
  • Understand the client's overall business for successful implementation
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Sales and partners to manage Expert Services opportunities
  • Engage with C-Level roles on digital transformation opportunities
  • Support sales cycles to grow overall wallet share and cross-sell
  • Tailor ServiceNow project methodology to meet client needs
  • Rapidly deliver required project deliverables
  • Identify and pursue potential Expert Services opportunities
  • Use Expert Services resources to support large product sales
  • Maintain touch points during delivery activities with SAEs
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Provide technical thought leadership on leveraging ServiceNow technologies
  • Conduct sales presentations and lead solution discussions
  • Build credibility with customer account teams for early engagement
  • Qualify customer opportunities in large Services and Licensing pursuits
  • Translate customer requirements into high-level solutions
  • Lead implementation strategy for at-scale product adoption
  • Provide continuity during the pre-sales process
  • Support creation of Statements of Work with focus on risk management
  • Gain customer approval of SoW through detailed walk-throughs
  • Request specialist scoping support from internal resources
  • Bridge technical scope and governance
  • Build project roadmaps aligned to customer objectives
  • Lead engagement project teams for successful outcomes
  • Align Delivery and Impact teams for scoped projects
  • Support project initiation and planning for seamless delivery
  • Participate in project governance meetings
  • Attend post-delivery reviews to capture feedback
  • Understand existing customer teams to identify further opportunities
  • Enable and mentor ServiceNow delivery team members
