Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Optometry, Health Sciences, Marketing, or Business
- •Several years of professional experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or aesthetics marketing and/or sales
- •Proven field experience as an optometrist, optician, or clinical trainer
- •Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media Marketing
- •Successful management of training programs or product launches
- •Good interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
- •Customer-oriented and solution-driven approach
- •Proven experience in consulting premium products and customer settings
- •Ability to network, connect, and influence stakeholders
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English
- •National and international travel up to 50% required

Deine Aufgaben
- •Roll out the Presbyopia PDC services regionally and nationally
- •Create initiatives to increase presbyopia laser treatment volume
- •Drive global implementation of the PDC Presbyopia Program
- •Raise awareness of ZEISS presbyopia solutions among surgeons, optometrists, and patients
- •Identify barriers preventing surgeons from recommending the PRESBYOND procedure
- •Develop tools for effective PRESBYOND patient counseling
- •Collaborate with the global PDC team to gather customer insights
- •Implement the program in targeted countries
- •Work with the Professional Education Team and global PRESBYOND KOLs to co-develop educational programs
- •Ensure consistent training alignment across regions and countries
- •Manage the program roadmap and report progress to senior management
- •Align with global strategy and internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Application
